{Colour my world}

There is an undeniable magic to Fashion Week...it's a sexy, glamorous, feminine, unpredictable and an all-consuming fantasy. The models, the lights, the front row, and.. the clothes... it's my idea of a perfect escapade from my mundane everyday life. Here are my picks (a girl can dream!) from Milan RTW SS 2013 Fashion Week:
{Colour my world} Versace Milan SS 2013 RTW
Versace injects some gypsy attitude into these silk creations and tops it off with sexy gladiator-esque statement heels.

{Colour my world} Emilio Pucci Milan SS 2013 RTW

Emilio Pucci shows off striking swirling prints and closes the show with an eye-stopping red column dress.

{Colour my world} Fendi Milan SS 2013 RTW

Fendi elevates the sporty and upbeat vibe to another level, most notably with crave-worthy accessories.

{Colour my world} Gucci Milan SS 2013 RTW

Gucci delivers with high impact colours and statement sleeves, offset by bejewelled high-neck tops (Right photo from style.com).

{Colour my world} Blumarine Milan SS 2013 RTW

Blumarine brings back the fairytale with ultra-romantic silhouettes, iridescent and luminous fabrics, and an irresistible combination of drapings and fringes.

{Colour my world} Bottega Veneta Milan SS 2013 RTW

Bottega Veneta proves that nude and peach-tone ensembles with hints of lace and sequins can be equally powerful and sensual.

Hope these pictures (thanks to Nowfashion.com and style.com) brightened up your day and gave you some inspiration for what to wear in these warmer months! Just looking at some beautiful runway or photos or photoshoots can help me relax and put a smile on my face... am I addicted or what?!

I started a new job today and I can sense the next couple of weeks (with uni exams and assessments approaching) are going to be stressful and challenging ones.. I will definitely try to update this blog as regularly as I can!

Thanks everyone for reading!

:)

Where do you get your dose of fashion inspiration/happiness from?
